Tropical Energy Smoothie

This recipe contains the perfect combination of healing nutrients. The addition of ginger provides anti-inflammatory support and is a warming spice to energetically balance out the smoothie. The pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme known to support wound healing, reduce inflammation, and enhance digestive function. 
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  • ½ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 knob ginger
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 300ml natural coconut water 
1.  Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
2.  Serve immediately.
