How is the Motherhood Membership different?

Our mainstream medical system is inundated. GP’s simply do not have the time or capacity to provide the level of education and support that new mums require during this transformative stage of life. They provide prescriptions and referrals but do not teach you the HOW and WHY behind postpartum nutrition and perinatal mental health. They focus on ‘disease’ and not preventative approaches. 

We know that as mum’s prioritising our health is easier said than done. Our instincts are to take care of everyone else first, which often leaves us with nothing left in the tank to give our self. We know that there is a better way!
