Oats are one of our favourite foods and have traditionally been used to support breast milk supply. Overnight oats are fantastic for those busy mornings when you need a pre-made breakfast to grab and go. Try out this no-fuss option and you’ll always have a quick and easy breakfast on hand.
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
2 tbsp of vanilla protein
powder
1/3 cup raspberries
1. Place rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseeds and plant-based milk into a glass jar and mix to combine.
2. Mix in the remaining ingredients, cover with a lid and place in the fridge to set overnight.
3. Enjoy in the morning for a grab-and-go breakfast.
Vegan option: Use a vegan protein powder.
Storage: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
