High in boobie-milk making ingredients like oats and flaxseed meal. This breakfast smoothie is packed with flavour and is designed to support breast milk production and digestive function. 
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean extract 
  • 1 large frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup wheat-free oats
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal 
  • ½ cup spinach (fresh or frozen) 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional) 
  • 1 tsp collagen powder (optional) 
  • 300mL plant based milk of choice 
1.  Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
