MEDITERRANEAN HUMMUS TOAST

A fibre boosting toast perfect for anytime you need a meal to keep you full. Our pregnancy friendly hummus makes the most delicious spread, topped with fresh tomatoes for a source of vitamin C and antioxidants! 
INGREDIENTS

TIPS & NOTES
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 slices sourdough or gluten free bread 
  • 4 basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
1. Toast your bread and then spread over the hummus.
2. Top with 2 basil leaves per slice and evenly disrupted the tomatoes between the slices of bread.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gluten Free Option: Use gluten free bread
