High Protein Snack Plate

This snack plate is PACKED with protein! It contains approximately 20g of protein, which means it will keep you full and satisfied in between meals and support stable energy levels. During pregnancy and while breastfeeding protein requirements increase significantly so it is essential to ensure meals and snacks contain good quality protein sources. 
INGREDIENTS

  • Ingredients:
  • ½ cup frozen edamame (steamed per pack instructions) 
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ large carrot (sliced into sticks) 
  • 4-5 green olives 
  • 1-2 tbsp pregnancy-friendly hummus recipe here
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds for topping 
1.  Place all ingredients onto a plate or platter and enjoy!
