Dairy Free Aioli

A sauce prepared without the preservatives, additives or nasty fats - just wholesome ingredients to provide you with nutrients like fibre, protein and heart-healthy fats!

  • ⅔ cups of cashews (soaked in water for 2 hours prior)
  • ⅓ cup water 
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
1.  Place cashews into an airtight glass container and cover with cool water. Soak in the fridge to soften for 2 hours prior to making the aioli. 
2.  Drain the cashews and add to a high speed blender. 
3.  Add in the water and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and runny.

  • Colic-friendly baby option: Omit the garlic and instead add 1-2 tablespoons of cobram estate garlic infused extra virgin oil.
