  • 1 cup watermelon (diced)
  • 5 mint leaves (finely diced)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
1.  Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Avoid using store bought pre-cut watermelon.
  • Always wash the watermelon skin well before cutting.
