Greek yoghurt is a wonderful source of protein. It is a low GI yoghurt option and a perfect snack for those with gestational diabetes. It is ideal to select unsweetened greek yoghurt options to avoid any added (and unnecessary sugars). Greek yoghurt is also a fantastic source of probiotics to support a healthy gut microbiome.
1. Place the yoghurt into a small bowl, add the hemp seeds and mix until well combined.
2. Top with raspberries and enjoy!
