Protein Packed Smoothie

When making a smoothie it’s important to include a good source of protein and healthy fats to support stabilising blood sugar levels and keep energy levels stable throughout the day. The addition of coconut water in this smoothie assists with hydration by providing a fantastic source of electrolytes. 
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 
  • ¼ cup natural greek yoghurt 
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 
  • ½ cup steamed & frozen cauliflower
  • 300mL of coconut water 
1.  Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
  • Some protein powders may contain dairy (whey or casein), soy, gluten or eggs.
