The addition of coconut water in this smoothie assists with hydration by providing a fantastic source of electrolytes.

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

¼ cup natural greek yoghurt

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

½ cup steamed & frozen cauliflower

300mL of coconut water
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
