A plain meal boosted with nutrient rich seaweed. Seaweed is a good source of dietary iodine. If you aren’t able to stomach much food (or take your natal supplement) , including seaweed within your diet can assist in supporting your iodine intake. Hemp seeds provide a small amount of protein and healthy fats!
1. Cook rice as per package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, finely dice nori into very small pieces to create a sprinkle for the rice.
3. Portion out 1 serve of rice and sprinkle the nori and hemp seeds on top.
