  • 400mL coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
1.  Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Morning sickness tip: Sip it slowly and make sure it's cold!
