A sweet mid-morning or afternoon pick me up, packed with nutrients like zinc and selenium. This combination of seeds and nuts is perfect for postpartum nourishment. We threw in a little dark chocolate to satisfy those sweet cravings if they hit too!
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  • 50g 70% dark chocolate (chopped) 
  • 1 cup brazil nuts (chopped) 
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds 
  • ¼ cup almonds (chopped)
  • ¼ cup goji berries 
1.  Combine all ingredients and store in a glass jar.
