Leftover Brisket Burger

This easy to make toastie is perfect to use up the big batch brisket. Our juicy slow cooked Beef Brisket is a great way to support dietary iron intake during pregnancy and postpartum. 
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  • 1 serve of brisket (cooked - see recipe here)
  • 2 slices sourdough or gluten free bread 
  • 1 pickled cucumber (sliced) 
  • 2 slices tomato  
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 handful baby spinach
1.  Reheat the brisket in a microwave until warm.
2.  Toast the bread in the toaster until golden.
3.  Assemble your toastie by stacking the brisket and all remaining ingredients
4.  Enjoy for lunch or dinner!
