A smoothie recipe that contains a little bit of everything! That delicious combination of fruit, veg and herbs gives you an antioxidant and nutrient boost to start your day! 
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango 
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1-2 sprigs parsley
  • 1 scoop collagen powder 
  • 400mL coconut water 
1.  Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
2.  Serve immediately.
