EASY ANYTIME TOAST

The perfect toast for anytime of day (or on repeat if needed). Easy gentle foods to digest that are packed with essential nutrients!
INGREDIENTS

TIPS & NOTES
  • 1-2 pieces of wholemeal, rye, spelt or gluten free bread
  • ½ avocado (mashed) 
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • 2-4 slices of tomato
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
1. Place bread in a toaster and toast.
2. Remove toast from the toaster and spread avocado evenly over each piece of bread.
3. Add a little rocket, 2 slices of tomato per piece of bread and top with a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle of sea salt and hemp seeds 
  • Gluten Free Option: Use gluten free bread
  • If you’re feeling up to it, add 1-2 scrambled eggs.
