This easy bowl is the perfect combination, the coconut yoghurt contains fats to slow blood glucose levels from rising and the selection of low GI fruits, berries and passion fruit provides a lovely sweetness without a big blood glucose spike.

50-100g coconut yoghurt (we recommend Coyo unsweetened)

1 passion fruit pulp (rind removed)

1 handful of fresh berries (washed, organic when possible)

1 tsp hemp seeds
1. Place yoghurt into a bowl and top with passion fruit pulp, berries and hemp seeds.
