Oats are one of our favourite foods and have traditionally been used to support breast milk supply. Overnight oats are fantastic for those busy days when you need a pre-made snack to grab and go. Try out this no-fuss option and you’ll always have a quick and easy snack on hand.
1. Place all ingredients into a glass jar and mix to combine.
2. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge to set overnight.
3. Enjoy in the morning for a grab and go breakfast!
