If you love choc mint then this smoothie is for you! This creamy smoothie is packed with nutrients like folate, vitamin E, potassium and fibre!

400mL coconut milk, from the carton (or almond milk)

½ avocado (pitted and peeled)

2 sprigs of mint leaves (washed, stems removed)

10 ice cubes

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

1 tbsp cacao nibs

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (pregnancy safe)
1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
2. Serve immediately.
