Chia seeds are a wonderful source of fibre and calcium. Chia seeds are also a rich source of antioxidants and plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. They are the perfect addition for postpartum nourishment.

Antioxidant Rich Chia Pot:

¼ cup chia seeds

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

½ cup of berries of choice

½ cup coconut water or coconut milk (from the carton)

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Mango Chia Pot:

¼ cup chia seeds
-
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

½ cup of fresh or frozen mango

½ cup coconut water or
coconut milk (from the carton)

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1. Place all ingredients into a glass jar and mix to combine.
2. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge to set overnight.
3. Enjoy in the morning for a grab and go breakfast!
