Chia seeds are a wonderful source of fibre and calcium. Chia seeds are also a rich source of antioxidants and plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. They are the perfect addition for postpartum nourishment. 
INGREDIENTS

  • Antioxidant Rich Chia Pot:
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt 
  • ½ cup of berries of choice 
  • ½ cup coconut water or coconut milk (from the carton)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) 
  • Mango Chia Pot:
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • ½ cup of fresh or frozen mango
  • ½ cup coconut water or coconut milk (from the carton)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) 
1.  Place all ingredients into a glass jar and mix to combine.
2.  Cover with a lid and place in the fridge to set overnight.
3.  Enjoy in the morning for a grab and go breakfast!
  • Storage: In an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
