Breastfeeding Friendly Trail Mix

This trail mix makes an easy one-handed snack and provides a good source of protein, healthy fats and antioxidants. We recommend making a big batch and keeping some in a glass container in easy to reach places (like next to your nursing chair or in the nappy bag!).

  • 1 cup almonds 
  • ½ cup brazil nuts 
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup dried apricots (diced, organic, sulphite free)
  • ½ cup dried figs (diced, organic sulphite free) 
1.  Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. 
2.  Transfer to a large glass airtight container or multiple containers.
  • Storage: Best stored in a glass airtight container.
