500mL coconut milk, from the carton (or almond milk)

½ avocado (pitted and peeled)

1 Lebanese cucumber

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 cup frozen berries

1-2 dates

1 handful spinach

1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth
2. Serve immediately.
