1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.
2. Combine the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, add the wet ingredients and whisk to combine well.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until well combined.
5. Line a baking tray with baking paper or EVOO and press the mixture into the tray.
6. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden. Enjoy.
